2.3 No Account Required

Our App does not require user registration or login. All features are accessible without creating an account or providing any personal information.

2.4 Data NOT Collected by Us

We do NOT collect:

❌ Your name, email, or phone number

❌ Loan amounts or financial information

❌ Precise location data (GPS)

❌ Contacts or calendar data

❌ Any data entered in the Loan Calculator

3. How We Use Anonymous Data

We use collected anonymous data solely for:

Calculating Daily Active Users (DAU)

Measuring user retention rates (D1, D7, D30)

Improving app functionality and user experience

Understanding feature usage patterns

4. Data Retention

Anonymous usage data is retained for a maximum of 24 months

After this period, data is permanently deleted from our servers

Aggregated statistics (DAU, retention rates) may be kept indefinitely in anonymized form

5. Data Security

All data is stored in an encrypted database on servers with restricted access controls:

Database access is restricted to authorized personnel only

All data is encrypted both at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols (TLS/HTTPS)

We implement security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction

6.2 AI Processing

Our AI Chat feature uses third-party AI service providers to process natural language queries. Chat messages are transmitted to these providers solely for generating responses and are not retained after processing. No personal or usage data is shared with AI providers beyond the content of your current chat message.

6.3 Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your anonymous usage data at any time. Since we do not collect personally identifiable information and cannot link anonymous identifiers to real individuals, we will:

Delete the specific anonymous identifier from our database upon verification of your request

Confirm deletion within 30 days of receiving your request

To request data deletion, contact us at steven2014.liao@gmail.com. Please note that aggregated statistical data (e.g., total Daily Active Users counts) derived from multiple anonymous users cannot be individually removed, as they contain no personal or identifying information.

Note: Since we cannot link anonymous IDs to real identities, "deletion" means we can only delete the anonymous identifier. The statistical aggregates already calculated from your data will remain in anonymized form.

Our service is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age.
